Common things
- I want to book a course
- Use the enrolment form — pick the course and intake and we come back with dates, price and how to pay. Nothing is charged on the site.
- I can't sign in / I've forgotten my password
- Passwords are reset by your instructor rather than by email link, so message us on any of the above and we'll set a new one for you.
- I'm enrolled and a lab won't open
- Tell us the lab number and what you see. If you're studying remotely, check your VPN is up first — the lab servers only answer over it.
- We want training for a team
- Say roughly how many people and what they do now. On-site and private cohorts are both possible.
